Marilyn completed her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and a PhD at the University of Western Australia (UWA). Her PhD research examined the association between anxiety-linked threat-biased attention and threat-biased interpretation. Marilyn has previous experience in providing both inpatient and outpatient therapy for young people and adults with eating disorders and other psychological conditions. As part of the Eating Disorders Programme, she provides therapy for individuals with eating disorders and is involved in the development of web-based resources for consumers and health professionals.
