Dr Mahima Singh has resided in Darwin for three years, and divides her time between Royal Darwin Hospital in Emergency Medicine, Darwin Private Hospital surgically assisting in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Top End Medical Centre Stuart Park, where she brings a gentle countenance and medical prowess to our diverse team of health practitioners. Dr Mahima is a female practitioner with a colourful career that has taken her across the globe to complete her residency. Hailing from India, Dr Mahima was enrolled in British education in her native country, before moving to Smolensk, Russia at the age of fifteen. It was here that Dr Mahima embarked on her medical career, at the Smolensk State Medical Academy. Further training includes placements at both St Vincent’s Hospital in Melbourne, and Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne. Dr Mahima completed her residency at Royal Darwin Hospital, and joined our team at Top End Medical Centre in January of 2016. Her special interests include Women and Child Health, and Dr Mahima is currently pursuing a DRANZCOG/CWH to solidify her expertise in this field. Dr Mahima is invested in her continued professional development, and also harbors a passion for Emergency Medicine.
