With twenty years of experience delivering psychological therapy and neuropsychological assessment, the highest quality of confidential care is provided by your psychologist, Dr Louise M. Blundell. Louise originally trained at the Australian National University, obtaining a six year Masters level qualification in Clinical Psychology, with subsequent experience and training for fourteen years in the London/SouthEast region of the United Kingdom, including the completion of a further three year Doctoral level qualification in Psychotherapy.

A variety of psychotherapeutic approaches are offered at the Clinic to enable an individually tailored approach to meet your unique emotional and psychological needs. Some of the therapy approaches which may be employed include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic therapy, Person-Centred counselling, Schema-focussed Cognitive Therapy, Emotionally Focussed Therapy (EFT), Inner Child approaches, Hypnotherapy, and a variety of trauma processing methods, including Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR).
