Dr Kenneth Lim is an experienced gastroenterologist with a special interest in advanced procedural gastroenterology. His focus extends beyond the scope of his speciality to provide patients with care that is individually tailored and holistic in approach. With an academic background in marine biology and aquaculture, he went on to pursue a career in medicine not just for a profession, but as an opportunity to follow his passion for patients, for learning, and for providing an experienced and high standard of care.

Dr Lim underwent training in gastroenterology and hepatology at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Flinders Medical Centre and Repatriation Hospital. He earned his fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2010 and gained full accreditation in advanced endoscopic procedures following two dedicated years of interventional endoscopy fellowship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane. He continued to advance these skills working in Adelaide and Brisbane. Now with his level of experience , he seeks to supervise and train others interested in the subspecialty of interventional endoscopy at a national level, is involved in clinical and academic research to help grow the field of gastroenterology and present in gastroenterology conferences internationally.
