Dr Justin Perron is a Canadian born, Australian-trained Plastic and Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon. He studied chemistry and biochemistry in Calgary Canada at the University of Calgary before moving to Australia to pursue his medical training in 2000.
Dr Perron completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia before moving to Queensland in 2003. Dr Perron then went on to complete his Australian Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS).
Dr Perron has worked throughout Queensland, from Townsville to Brisbane, Redcliffe, Caboolture, and Gold Coast. His Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training has taken him from the South East of Queensland to Perth in Western Australia. Dr Perron presents at surgical conferences, and has published articles in a number of journals. He keeps up to date with the latest trends in plastic surgery, and maintains current knowledge in this broad and diverse field.
Dr Justin Perron practices at Mater Hospital Brisbane, Mater Private Hospital Brisbane and Mater Private Hospital Springfield. His private rooms are located at The Form & Function Clinic at Mater Private Clinic in South Brisbane.
Dr Justin Perron has a variety of surgical interests and can provide personalized care and surgical procedures including skin cancer treatment, melanoma surgery, tummy tuck surgery, breast reduction, breast augmentation, arm reduction surgery, liposuction, facial aesthetic surgery, and breast reconstruction after breast cancer.
Dr Perron also performs hand surgery for common conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren’s contracture, ganglions, cysts, and is available for after hours emergency hand injuries, including Work Cover related injuries.
