Professor Julie Quinlivan (MBBS PHD FRANZCOG) is a specialist in obstetrics and gynaecology. She has been a senior clinician in teaching hospitals in South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia and has taught medical students, junior doctors and specialist trainees in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for many years.
Professor Quinlivan is actively involved in the research and assessment subcommittee of the RANZCOG and is on the Editorial Board of the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and is Editor in Chief of the international Journal of Psychosomatic Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Professor Quinlivan has published more than 250 books, textbook chapters, original research articles and conference abstracts covering many aspects of women’s health (view at https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Julie_Quinlivan).
Professor Quinlivan has held several prestigious roles within the medical profession including ProVice Chancellor and Executive Dean of Medicine, Chair of Western Australian Clinical Senate, Board member of Area Health Services and Director of the Professional Services Review. She has represented the medical profession on many government Boards, Tribunals and Expert Reference Groups.
