Dr Josephine graduated from the University of Otago with honours in 2005. Her experience over the 14 years include working alongside top maxillofacial surgeons, orthodontists and plastic surgeons, in order to bring the best of all specialties together for the benefit of her patients. You will often hear her say ‘a beautiful smile is more than just teeth’, and as such, her special interests include nose, lip and chin enhancements to balance a facial profile in the most natural way, as well as using non invasive techniques to straighten your teeth. Josephine is an accredited provider of Invisalign and Inman Aligners. She is also a former trainer of the Australasian Academy of Dento-Facial Aesthetics (AADFA) and for many years she taught other dentists non-surgical techniques for facial rejuvenation. Dr Josephine is currently furthering her orthodontic skills with focus on techniques to improve bites and facial balance on growing children to their best genetic potential. With her calm and gentle demeanor, she is popular with adults and children alike and is passionate about approaching cosmetic dentistry in the most conservative and comprehensive way, while tailoring it to suit each of her patients’ individual needs.
