An experienced and meticulous dentist, Dr Jon Stephens earned his Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Queensland in 1982.
Since then, he has accumulated a wide variety of experience as a general dentist. While he enjoys all aspects of dentistry, he has a special interest in oral appliances and dentistry’s role in diagnosing and treating issues like snoring and sleep apnoea.
Dr Stephens cites the ability to help people stay healthy as his favourite part of working in the industry and stresses the importance of patients staying active and informed. “The time spent on thorough oral hygiene at home can be a huge investment in the future,” he says.
Dr Stephens is a member of the Australian Dental Association.
When he’s not working, Dr Stephens enjoys golfing and spending time with loved ones.
