Dr Cheung graduated with his M.B.B.S from the University of NSW over 42 years ago. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and has a diploma of obstetrics for the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He has been a chairperson for both the Illawarra Division of General Practice (IDGP) and the Wollongong Radio Doctor Service. He has a passion for teaching both medical students and medical registrars.
