Dr. Indika Leelasena (MD,FRACGP), graduated from Medical academy of Latvia, has worked in UK Surrey, Epsom, Sri Lanka .Has been working in Australia since 2006. Having worked in a hospital setting for 8 in Australia mainly Northside of the Brisbane.
Worked in Queensland health as a senior medical office.(SMO) His special interests include chronic diseases, new drug development, and medical trials. He is involved in clinical trials and new drug developments having worked in Queensland institute of medical research closer to 5 yrs and currently working in a role of Senior medical investigator to University of the sunshine coast clinical trials involved with major vaccines and drug development.
