Gabrielle is a Psychologist who aims to provide her clients with the best quality of care by providing evidence-based treatments. She collaborates with her clients to develop an individualised treatment plan that will work for them, she wants her clients to have a sense of ownership and feel empowered to enact the changes they wish to make.

Gabrielle has experience working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, hoarding, stress, perfectionism, procrastination, and adjustment to life changes. She has a special interest in working with athletes, particularly regarding how their mental health impacts their performance. Gabrielle is trained in and uses a combination of evidence based therapies to assist her clients including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapist and Mindfulness.

Gabrielle has trained and worked in a variety of health settings, including the Bankstown Anxiety Clinic, Westmead Hospital, the NSW Institute of Sport, and the UNSW Psychology Clinic. She completed her PhD at the University of NSW and is still involved in research aimed at understanding vulnerability and resilience to anxiety disorders.
