Dr Chang graduated with MBBS degree from University of Medicine (1) in Yangon, Myanmar. He has worked in Taiwan, United Kingdom and in various hospitals around Queensland since 2006. He went on to complete Australian General Practice training and became a fellow of Royal Australian College of general practitioners.
