Dr Eleni Yiasemides is a consultant dermatologist specialist and Mohs micrographic surgeon.

She completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales and graduated with honours. She then undertook research in the prevention of skin cancer at the University of Sydney, obtaining a Master of Medicine post-graduate degree. Dr Yiasemides completed her dermatology specialist training at the Royal Perth Hospital in Western Australia, and has completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery at the Skin and Cancer Foundation Australia.

Dr Yiasemides is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and consultant Mohs surgeon. She is also a member of the American Academy of Dermatologists and American College of Mohs Surgeons, and the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.

Dr Yiasemides has published research in local and international dermatology journals on skin cancer chemoprevention. She is involved in dermatology registrar and GP education, training and examinations as well as holding a variety of positions for the Australasian College of Dermatologists.

Her interests include skin cancer surgery, Mohs micrographic surgery and cosmetic dermatology.

She is fluent in modern Greek.
