Dr Eleasa Sieh has completed Level 2 Mental Health Skills Training with the Australian Society of Psychological Medicine and is able to offer sessions for Focussed Psychological Strategies, which include motivational interviewing, trauma-informed cognitive behavioural therapy, and interpersonal therapy. She maintains a whole-person approach for all conditions, working with those experiencing anxiety and depression, women’s health issues, eating disorders, chronic health conditions, and grief and loss. She is also currently undertaking studies in Biblical counseling. She finds it a privilege and a joy to join the process of growth alongside her patients.
