David started working as a new graduate in 1976 with Dr Gordon Pfeiffer when David had dark hair, no children and Mount Barker was a smallish country town. Mount Barker is now a huge centre, David has white hair, 5 children and 11 grandchildren and is treating the fourth generation of some of the local families. David still thoroughly enjoys work and has a passionate interest in soccer, farming and his large precious family.
