After graduating from the Rajiv Gandhi University, India, in 2005 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery Dr Darshan Desai moved to Australia to complete his Masters in Population Health at the University of Wollongong. While completing his Masters he fell in love with the Australian lifestyle and in 2010 applied to become a registered dentist in Australia. Since passing his Australian Dental Council exam at the Westmead Dental Hospital Sydney, Dr Desai has been practicing in the Wide Bay community as an associate dentist.
Enjoying all aspects of dentistry, Dr Desai is committed to ensuring his patients receive the best in oral health care. Keeping up to date with the latest in dental technology and techniques, he also attends regular conferences and seminars.
When not tending to the needs of his patients, Dr Desai enjoys spending time with his wife Kashish who is also a dentist. Together they love to get involved in sport and when they have the time traveling to new places.
