Dr Hsu completed his clinical cardiology training at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. He undertook stem cell research at the Heart Research Institute, has been the national finalist for the Ralph Reader Prize on cardiac research, and a peer reviewer for international cardiology journals. He started his subspecialty cardiac MRI training at RPA, and then undertook a fellowship at The Heart Hospital of University College London, UK. He is currently an honorary cardiologist and Cardiac MRI consultant at RPA and Blacktown Hospital.
