Dr. Charlie Lin is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with subspecialty interests in hip and knee replacement, reconstruction and revision surgery as well as complex trauma surgery.
Dr Lin is available for consultation at Coastal Specialist Suites every second Wednesday.

Dr. Lin completed his medical degree & graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2000 & subsequently trained as an Orthopaedic surgeon through RACS/AOA in NSW. He obtained his surgical fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2011.
Following his training in Australia, Dr. Lin completed a fellowship in Hip and Knee Reconstruction and Replacement at the Rubin Institute of Advanced Orthopaedics in Baltimore, Maryland USA. Subspecialty training included computer navigation, custom & minimally invasive arthroplasty surgery. Having also completed an AO Trauma Fellowship in complex pelvic and acetabular trauma management at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington USA, he returned home to Sydney to complete a Hip/Knee and Trauma Fellowship at Royal North Shore Hospital.
Dr Lin is one of the few surgeons in NSW to be able to offer robotic assisted joint replacement surgery of the hip and knee.
Dr. Lin will be providing consultation to Private and Work cover patients at Coastal Specialist Suites and will be conducting surgery at The Sydney Adventist Hospital in Wahroonga. Medicare only services will be provided through Hornsby Hospital.
