Cara has a number of years’ experience as a Clinical Neuropsychologist in private and public settings. She previously worked as a researcher in health and cognitive psychology. She became interested in integrative neuropsychology after seeing the clear links between lifestyle (i.e. nutrition, exercise, sleep and mindfulness) and brain/mental health, both personally and with her clients. Cara is passionate about empowering people to gain more knowledge about their brain and the power of neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to change and build new connections.
