Qualifications: Angela is a clinical psychologist with a specific interest in complex trauma, mood, anxiety and eating disorders. Angela has spent the past 10 years treating severe and complex conditions as a psychologist at child and youth, forensic and adult mental health services. This has included work at inpatient, day program and community based settings in Australia and the UK. Angela adopts a formulation driven and evidence based approach to treatment. Based on the presenting issue, Angela develops collaborative goals for treatment and adopts a CBT, Schema Focused, Behavioural Activation or DBT approach to empower clients though their recovery process. Angela also has a strong interest in group therapy as an evidence based treatment modality and in recent years has been researching the effectiveness of CBT groups for people who experience co-occurring anxiety and depression.
