Dr Andrew Maratos, one of our principal dentists, began his career by earning top honours at Sydney University and graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1993. Since then, he has built a reputation as incredibly professional and thorough, yet easy-going and approachable with patients.
Dr Maratos says one of his favourite areas of dentistry is cosmetic dentistry; he enjoys helping people get the smile they want while making sure their oral health is still the top priority. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association.
Like his colleague Dr Economos, Dr Maratos strongly believes in patient education and helping people understand the importance of regular dental maintenance. He believes prevention is the best way to lower your risk of dental pain, oral health issues, and urgent treatments.
When he’s not working in the clinic, Dr Maratos likes to staying active and fit, as well as spending time with his wife and children.
