Growing up in the United Kingdom, Dr Alison Miles studied in the School of Dentistry at the University of Wales in Cardiff graduating with her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1997.
For 14 years Dr Alison worked as a dentist for both the private and public sectors in the UK. It wasn’t until 2012 Alison decided to make the move to the Gold Coast with her family.
Alison prides herself on her gentle nature taking a calm, caring and friendly approach to all aspects of dentistry whilst putting great emphasis and value on the relationships she builds with her patients.
She takes the time to focus on addressing your specific concerns and explaining all suitable treatment options in a simple and easily understandable manner so that you can select the treatment that is best for you.
Alison continues to advance her knowledge through regularly attending continuing professional development courses to keep up to date with the latest technologies and whilst she generally does not favour one area of dentistry over another over recent years she has developed a particular interest in treating TMJ and Sleep Apnoea issues.
