Dr. Akshay Dalvi joined our team at Prospect road dental in 2017. He completed his Bachelor of dental surgery in 2008 in Mumbai,India and worked as a dental surgeon in Mumbai till 2011. In 2012 he moved to Western Australia to study Masters in Public Health. During the same period he also cleared his Australian dental licensing examination and has been working in Perth as a dental surgeon since 2014.
Dr Akshay is passionate about his dentistry and firmly believes it to be an amalgamation of science as well as art. Dr Akshay is extensively trained in procedures like root canals, wisdom teeth extractions, restorations, implants and has continuously upgraded in his skills to include lasers in dentistry, invisible orthodontic aligners. He also has a vast experience in cosmetic procedures like teeth whitening, veneers and crowns.
When not in the dental surgery you would find Dr Akshay playing club cricket, on the beach or at the movies.He loves to play sports in his free time and loves listening to music. He is also a keen video game player when he has some free time in hand. He regularly travels to eastern states and overseas for continuous learning in different fields of dentistry.
