Brad’s clinical focus is primarily with adolescents and adults; particularly those with anxiety disorders, PTSD, drug and alcohol abuse, eating disorders, and personality disorders. Brad also has a clinical interest in family relationship difficulties and their impact on individual mental health. He has experience in universities, private practice, and drug and alcohol rehabilitation settings. Brad’s therapeutic perspective involves selecting the most appropriate interventions to meet the current needs of his clients.  He typically draws upon Cognitive Behavioural, Schema Focussed, and Mindfulness approaches. Brad also values community psychology perspectives, and believes strongly in the importance of mental health interventions at levels other that individual psychotherapy. Brad enjoys spending time with his young family in his spare time.
