Belynda has a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked across government, non-government and private sectors. She has participated in high quality and extensive training over the years and continues to attend workshops on a regular basis. She is particularly committed to ensuring she utilises evidence-based psychological practices. Belynda takes a person centred approach with each of her clients. She enjoys practicing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a Clinical Neuropsychotherapy framework. Belynda has experience in working across many areas of psychology including: depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, personality disorders, critical incident, trauma, and stress management. She enjoys working with adolescent and adult populations.
