Anastasia is a registered Psychologist who has had experience working with children, teens, young adults, and their families, targeting issues such as behavioural difficulties, anger, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and social skills development. She believes that helping young people to understand their thoughts and emotions is a crucial step for development into mentally healthy adults, and utilises principles of CBT, mindfulness and ACT to help deepen their understanding of themselves and the world around them. She is the current Group Facilitator at the practice and runs the Stop Think Do, Girls with a Purpose, and Wise Girls groups
