Amy is a Registered Psychologist having graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. She is currently working towards becoming an endorsed Clinical Psychologist with APHRA. Amy has experience providing psychological services to children, adolescents and adults with varying clinical presentations across a variety of settings including private practise, hospital and education.

Amy has worked as a school psychologist in rurally-based schools and in private practise, where she worked with children and adolescents with a variety of needs including ASD, ADHD/ADD, Speech and Language Disorders, Mental Health issues and Behavioural Disorders. Her work in these two settings involved conducting assessments of psychoeducational, learning, and behavioural/social and communication assessments. Amy also has experience in a research-based role at the Royal Hobart Hospital that involves conducting developmental assessments with toddlers.

Amy has experience working with adults in private practise, supporting individuals facing challenges including depression, anxiety, stress and work difficulties, suicidality, grief and loss, pain management, and parenting concerns/skills.

Amy has training and experience in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Applied Behaviour Analysis Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and mindfulness skills.
