I have over 15 years of experience working in the mental health industry and have been a registered psychologist for 13 years. Over the years, I have worked with people presenting with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, psychosis, addictions and personality disorders. I also have experience in child/adolescent, family and relationship counselling. Clinical interventions I use include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also have a Master of Research in Cognitive Science. My general ethos and values when working with people is one of non-judgement and respect for all people and their situations, while working with them in obtaining a better quality of life.
