Zoe provides individual therapy to adults experiencing a range of issues affecting their mental health or wellbeing. Zoe works with individuals experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, addictions, sleep problems, relationship difficulties, anger management problems or other concerns. Zoe has also worked extensively with individuals who have experienced trauma or are struggling with post-traumatic stress symptoms.
