Since 1920 our practice has provided specialist ophthalmic care for West Australians, now we are delighted to introduce you to our new practice name “Western Eye”.

Our group wishes to provide you the best comprehensive eye care available, meeting all medical and surgical ophthalmic needs. And, we are happy to see urgent cases.

Our Fellowship trained ophthalmologists have sub-specialty expertise in specific eye problems such as cataract, retinal diseases, corneal and external eye disease, oculoplastics, motility disorders, neuro-ophthalmology and glaucoma. As a key resource for patients, GPs and optometrists seeking specialist advice in managing patients with eye disease, we provide prompt, compassionate and professional services using the latest technologies.

The Western Eye clinics have an extensive range of sophisticated lasers and diagnostic equipment for both anterior and posterior segment problems. For those difficult to manage cases, we also have further capacity with our appointments to the Royal Perth Hospital and Fremantle Hospital Eye Clinics.

The practice has invested heavily in providing advanced ophthalmic equipment to provide comprehensive eye care at each of our practice locations in Mosman Park, Karrinyup and Subiaco. Advanced diagnostic procedures can be performed in these consulting rooms without needing to attend a hospital. The surgical team is accredited at a number of major public and private hospitals, including Royal Perth Hospital, Eye Surgery Foundation, and St John of God Hospital.
