The Junction Youth Health Service provides free primary health care and support services for young people aged 12 - 25 years and their dependants, with a particular focus on young people who are homeless or otherwise at risk. Services include GPs, a nurse practitioner, a registered nurse, paediatric care, antenatal care, a smoking cessation clinic, counselling, youth worker support and outreach programs in schools and to individuals. The Junction supports young people in all aspects of their health and well-being and liaises with external health and community services to probide referral, support and advocacy.
