Sharon is an endorsed clinical psychologist who has worked in a variety of community and private settings. She works with older children (12+), adults, including older adults and couples. Sharon tailors her treatment to each client’s individual needs, using an integrative approach that is evidence-based. Therapies include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Trauma focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and mindfulness approaches.
