Sharnee Dewstow is an ESSA accredited Exercise Physiologist. She studied a Masters of Exercise Physiology at Australian Catholic University, graduating in 2011. Since graduating, she has worked in stage 2 Cardiac Rehabilitation and exercise rehabilitation for injured workers. Her background before completing her final study was targeted toward strength and conditioning for netball, touch football and swimming. Sharnee is also an FMS certified exercise professional. Sharnee has also been a representative netball player and coach for the inner west region. With her 6 years of experience as a personal trainer in the inner Western Sydney region and as an athlete, Sharnee has a great understanding of what is needed when it comes to rehabilitation and exercise prescription for performance. She believes that exercise programs should be specifically designed for the individual to help them move more efficiently for superior function.
