Currently offering individual and group therapy conducted by Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists.
Group therapy is conducted utilising play and a sensory diet, combined with emotion regulation training to assist our children to manage their anger and anxiety more effectively.
To engage in a group, the child will participate in a brief intake interview to assess their level of function and to establish appropriate goals that are relevant to the child and their family.
Sensosaurus is a place to feel safe, learn, be stimulated, feel relaxed and make friends for children who find these things a challenge.
Treating children with:
Autism Spectrum Condition Attention Deficit Disorder/Hyperactivity Disorder Sensory Processing Disorder Anger Anxiety Depression Speech or other social deficiencies, as well as their families.
Children who have been flagged by school, medical practitioners or families for cognitive, social, communication or developmental needs are also welcomed.
Adolescents, adults, couples and families are also welcome at Sensosaurus.
