I adapt myself to my clients’ needs for the purpose of tailoring the suitable strategies and skills in helping with their everyday life. My attitude is a positive outlook for the future and building resilience in the present. I believe that empathy is the foundation of my work that enables establishing trust and confidence while amending attachment issues. CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) provides with empowering techniques for improved management of ourselves and our relationships with the significant others. Additionally, psychological enquiry promotes the understanding of ourselves and our relationships and therefore is essential to create a long lasting change. Experience I have been working for 20 years in numerous psychological and counselling settings, including private practices and public work. During 10 years of work and internship in the Educational Psychological Services, I had worked with children, adults, teenagers, parents and families utilising multiple modalities, such as: CBT, Play Therapy, Brief Therapy and Dynamic Therapy. During that time, I had also worked in a counselling centre for teenagers and their parents called ‘Open Door’, as a Psychologist in a children’s hospital and in my private practice. I had also served the public for 14 years as a Psychologist and a Counsellor in a Governmental Committee for Students with special conditions, revising psychological and medical reports. In addition to my Masters in Psychology and my internship, I have had various trainings, such as: 3 years of School for Psychotherapy, Mediation, MBT, CBT and Child Sexual Abuse Therapy. The latter enabled me to help children, teenagers and adults who were involved in sexual harassment and abuse
