Robyn has joined the Exercise Physiology team after spending over two years behind the clinic’s reception desk. Robyn is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She studied a Bachelor of Applied Sciences majoring in Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney, graduating in early 2014. She is also an FMS Certified exercise professional. Robyn has had the opportunity to work with people with spinal cord injuries, implementing individualised activity based exercise programs to maximise their functional ability. She has also gained experience working with older adults who have comorbidities in improving their strength, balance and functional capacity. Robyn is driven by her passion for equipping individuals with the knowledge to lead active and healthy lifestyles. She enjoys motivating people to reach their goals and believes in exercise for prevention of a magnitude of chronic diseases.
