Professor Dorothy Bruck is a psychologist with over 25 years experience in sleep disorders and sleep research. She provides tailored therapy for all age groups, from children and adolescents to adults, in areas such as insomnia, circadian rhythm problems, Narcolepsy-Cataplexy, nightmares, sleep walking, CPAP compliance and supervised withdrawal from hypnotics. Professor Bruck works with her patients to provide cognitive behavioural therapy for sleep problems, relaxation strategies, circadian rhythm therapy and counselling.

As well as being a Professor of Psychology at Victoria University, Professor Bruck is also a member of the Australian Psychological Society, Australian Sleep Association, European Sleep Research Association and was the founder of the Narcolepsy and Overwhelming Daytime Sleep Society Australasia. She is also a Director of the Sleep Health Foundation.

As a registered psychologist, Professor Bruck provides psychological services under a Mental Health Care Plan, though this will require a GP referral.
