Godfrey is a 1998 graduate of the University of Nigeria Medical School. He holds a Masters degree in Family Medicine and Primary Care from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practioners. He worked as a Rural General Practitioner in Southern Africa for 7 years prior to moving to Loxton in 2006. He has special interests in minor general surgery, primary care skin cancer management and exercise stress testing. He also has an interest in medical student and GP registrar education and mentoring. His hobbies include playing table tennis, watching soccer and tennis and listening to news. He is married to Chioma and they have 3 children.
