Olivia completed a Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University. She is registered psychologist and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Olivia is a passionate psychologist who is experienced in providing therapy and intervention for a range of psychological issues, such as anxiety and mood disorders, high-functioning autism spectrum disorder, interpersonal difficulties, learning disorders, stress management, self harm and sleep difficulties. She is also skilled in conducting psychoeducational (cognitive and academic achievement), behavioural and autism assessments. Olivia employs an integrative approach to therapy, and uses a number of different psychological techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Psychoeducation, to take into account the individual differences of how people respond to therapy. Olivia has experience in school, community health and private practice settings, with a a special interest in supporting adolescents and young adults. Olivia firmly believes that a collaborative approach will produce the most successful outcomes for a young person. Olivia is available at the Little Collins Street and the Kew Offices.
