Tara is a titled APA Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist who graduated from Griffith University in 2011. As a result of working in two major hospitals, private practices and sports settings, Tara is experienced in treating a variety of injuries and complex conditions. Having worked for Collingwood Football Club in her earlier days, Tara has a passion for returning athletes back to their peak performance. She has also covered sports such as GPS rugby, Aspley Hornets AFL and was lucky enough to help prepare some of the QAS athletes for the recent Rio Olympics. Tara is also passionate about getting people moving better and so enjoys assessing and treating the biomechanics of the office worker, tradesman and students. Tara is an outcome focused Physio aiming to help her clients achieve the results they desire.
