Susannah is a Clinical Psychologist working with both adults and adolescents. She has broad experience working with individuals wanting to improve life satisfaction, families working through reunification or divorce, and also providing group therapy for people with complex trauma and addictions.
Susannah prioritises working with each client's unique needs and strengths. She works from a place of warmth and with unflappable non-judgement to create a safe environment from which clients can collaboratively explore life's challenges.
Specialised trauma training in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and Imagery Re-scripting has developed Susannah's appreciation for the importance of resourcing clients with new skills to better manage emotional distress and empower clients in creating more rewarding relationships with the self, others and meaningful work. She does so using techniques from Mindfulness, CBT, Schema Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
