Stephanie obtained her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Western Australia. She is currently completing her PhD and will soon be commencing the Clinical Psychology Registrar program.
Steph has specific training and experience in working with eating disorders and substance use difficulties, and is particularly interested in working with athletes, including elite, amateur and recreational athletes and adolescents, who want to perform at the best.
Steph works with adults and adolescents and is passionate about delivering evidence-based treatments in a warm and supportive manner. She enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to assist them in gaining insight and understanding of their difficulties as well as helping them gain practical skills to manage a range of mental health difficulties such as emotion regulation, anxiety, perfectionism, and self-esteem issues.
