Sophie’s initial training was in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Rehabilitation. She retrained as a Physiotherapist in Montreal, Canada, and graduated with an Applied Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from McGill University in September, 2010. She was awarded a prize for clinical excellence from the Professional Order of Physiotherapy of Quebec in 2011.

She has extensive experience in post-surgery treatment, designing rehabilitation and hydrotherapy programs, and aged care. She has a special interest in endurance sports related injury having participated in triathlon (on- and off-road) for over 25 years. She has worked with Triathlon Australia, Triathlon Canada and the Fédération Française de Triathlon. She was physiotherapist for the French Duathlon Team at the World Duathlon Championships in Adelaide in October, 2014. Sophie enjoys running, swimming, cycling, mountain biking, and trekking.
