Sarah is a Child and Adolescent Psychologist who has specialised training and experience working with children and their families. She has extensive knowledge and experience working with children and adolescents diagnosed with neurodevelopmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Sarah is passionate and dedicated to working collaboratively with children, adolescents and families to achieve functional positive outcomes at home and in the community. From early childhood to teenagers, Sarah adapts therapy to meet her client’s developmental level. Some of the approaches Sarah uses in sessions include Child-and Family-centred therapy, Routines-Based therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Social Skills Training and Play Therapy.

Sarah has provided support to children, youth and families when they are struggling with parenting, behavioural difficulties, anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, self-regulation, trauma, grief and loss, social skills, attachment issues, child of parental separation or conflict, bullying and friendship issues or adjustment to change.

Sarah is trained in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and can conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments for Positive Behaviour Support Planning. Sarah also takes referrals for Autism and Developmental Diagnostic assessments. Please speak to a Paediatrician about a possible referral.
