Sam graduated as a Dietitian from QUT in 2012. Sam is currently working as a dietitian at Gumdale Medical Centre, Stafford City Doctors and Brighton Village Medical Centre, She believes there is more to nutrition than eating lots of fruit and vegetables, healthy eating begins by changing your relationship with food and using it as an ally, not as an enemy. Sam has played professional hockey in Europe and holds a Level 2 Advanced Athletics Coaching certificate. Growing up, Sam wanted to be a Weather Reporter. When she isn’t at work she likes to escape to North Stradbroke Island.
