Nerida sees clients of all ages. Her particular interest is working with children and adolescents experiencing social and emotional difficulties, such as, generalised anxiety, depression, coping with separation or conflict, bullying and friendship issues, school anxiety and refusal, and coping with adjustment to change. Nerida employs Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Skills-Based approaches to assist her clients. Cognitive, functional and psycho-educational assessment is also offered.
