She also has graduated from the NSW School of Massage with a Certificate IV in Remedial Massage Therapy in 2012. Sydney born and bred, Natasha was an elite Sports Aerobic athlete, who represented Australia at various European and World Championships over the last five years of her sporting career.

With Natasha's sporting background, experience in biomechanics and exercise prescription, Natasha is no stranger to prescribing rehabilitation programs for clients, injury prevention and returning to sport and/or work. As a previous elite athlete, Natasha understands the strains and rigors the body can be put under while training and competing in elite sport. Having suffered from many injuries herself, she has endured the rehabilitation process many times and thus has a great interest and understanding in this area.

Since Natasha's retirement as an elite athlete, she has taken an interest in the link between Pilates, injury prevention/rehabilitation and exercise prescription. Natasha had sustained multiple injuries throughout her Sports Aerobics career from which Pilates helped to rehabilitate and improve Natasha’s execution and performance. Natasha’s background in gymnastics, dance, and sports aerobics and experience with Pilates allows her to implement a wide variety of rehabilitation strategies into her practice along with a number of other treatment methods. Natasha also devotes some of her spare time as a sports aerobics coach, mentoring and educating children to young adults and helping them achieve their goals.Natasha is a qualified gymnastics coach, and over the last ten years Natasha has taught toddlers to adults in gymnastics and Sports Aerobics. Natasha has a particular interest in assisting the development and function of children to young adults (both athletic and non-athletic) and will be starting Pilates classes that will be focused on this as well as keeping it fun and enjoyable. Natasha has completed her Matwork and Equipment Pilates courses through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. She has also completed LJ Lee lumbopelvic course which targets any pelvic/hip dysfunctions and how to best rehabilitate them considering the source of the problem.

Natasha's interest in sporting injuries has led her to work closely with sporting teams such as the Sydney Hills eagles AFL team, the NSW State Gymnastics at National Championships, Netball NSW, NSW Wheelchair basketball, and NSW Taekwondo.
