Mini was born in Sri Lanka and migrated to New Zealand when she was four years old. She commenced her primary education in New Zealand and completed high school atAll Saints Anglican School on the Gold Coast. Mini Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Oral Health Therapy at Griffith University in 2010. Mini was awarded an Academic Excellence award by Griffith University and a membership with the Golden Key International Honours Society during her university education. Since graduating, Mini has worked full-time as a Dental Hygienist/Dental Therapist at the Benowa Mansions Periodontal and Dental Implant Practice. In addition to her dental career achievements, Mini is currently completing her diploma of associate in music (AMusA) in piano performance.
