Lucy studied Occupational Therapy at the University of Newcastle prior to graduating in 2015. She has worked within the residential aged care facility sector completing activities of daily living assessments, mobility and manual handling assessments and care plans, pressure care assessments, and assistance in the delivering of rehabilitation treatments to residents or ongoing treatment for chronic conditions. She has also had experience in provision of equipment and home modifications to maximize independence of clients. She is passionate about the delivery of services for rural and remote locations. Other areas of interest include paediatrics, Indigenous health and traumatic brain injury/spinal cord injury. Lucy enjoys keeping active through sport or gym, spending time with family/friends and weekend adventures.
