Since graduating from the University of Wollongong with first class honours in a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation in 2001, Liz has gained extensive experience working in both the public health system and private practice.
Liz specialises in the management of chronic conditions and musculoskeletal injuries. Liz utilises home, gym and hydrotherapy based programs to assist clients to improve their function and achieve sustainable long term self management of their condition.
